Why bankruptcies are available online?

I had a bankruptcy of 16. It should be removed 10 years after my record. Now they are online background all sites they have listed. Who can obtain this information is looking for. It is now affecting my ability to get work and is a painful reminder of a terrible Time in my life. Why are they allowed it after the bankruptcy time offer is gone and I can do all this information from public consumption away ? Get Most of us were told we would only this scar on our records for 10 years, which was much too long. Knowing that it is now back to haunt us feel at how we were lied to by the courts.

Only the credit reporting agencies must stop reporting after the bankruptcy 10 years ago. Your registration is a public record forever.
